[Key words] 1 Conclusions Results the hepatic damage in RFP group is more serious than in the ZnSO4 has some effect on the prevention against hepatic damage caused by RFP. Our country is a developing country, and the prevalence of TB is higher. The reasons lie on the bad logistics in most of the country area and the lack of sanitation knowledge. Nowadays the first choice of drugs for anti tuberculosis used in clinical treatment are RFP. But the above drugs have side effects on liver, which leads to the increased cases of hepatic damage in clinical treatment. Many advertisements on additional taking microelectronics have come out in the market, among which Zinc takes up a rather big proportion. Some studies have demonstrated that Zinc could prevent the liver from damage. Accordingly, taking Zinc together can suppress the hepatic damage caused by RFP. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Materials: Subjects: 40 healthy matured mice with similar height of which half is male. Equipment and drugs: RFP pure water 10%CH3CHO 0.9%NaCl ZnSO4. 2.2 Methods and steps: Randomizing the mice into 4 groups, each of which half is male, feeding them separately. RFP is diluted to 10g/L solution with 0.9%NaCl, and ZnSO4 is diluted to 0.2g/L solution with pure water. A. Control group:give this group 5ml/kg 0.9%Nacl per day intraperitioneal injection. Meanwhile,let them drink pure water at liberty. B. RFP group:give this group 50 ml/kg RFP solution per day by intraperitionear injection and let them drink pure water at liberty as well. C. ZnSO4 group: inject 5ml/kg 0.9Nacl per day. At the same time, let them drink 0.2g/l ZnSO4 solution at liberty. D. ZnSO4+RFP group: inject 50mg/ml RFP per day and let them drink 0.2 g/l ZnSO 4 solution 3 at liberty. Results 26 论文篇 Thesises Observe the general examplar grossy the hepatic membrane shinks in RFP group, and what is more,there are many black petechia on the exterior, In ZnSO4+RFP group, the membrane is normal, with only a few petechia,No obvious change can be found in both ZnSO4 group and control group grossy. There is obvious hepatic damage under microscope in RFP .Injection of RFP solution can lead to the dissociation of hepatic rope around lobular vein and hepatic cell etrophy.inflammatory cell appear locally and mininecrosis exists. Hepatic damage in ZnSO4+RFP group is much lighter. Hepatic sinus and hepatic rope stay normal.Inflammatory cells is much lighter when compared with that of RFP group. There is no obvious change in both ZnSO4 group and control group.Hepatic rope znd hepatic sinus are normal, and infiltration of inflammatory calls are not obvious. 4 Disscusion Comparing those liver section,we can easily get the following result: 1). In the RFP group, the hepatic sinus are larger obviously,liver cell cords are separated,Hepatic cells are collapsed different degrees.And that inflammatory cells have infiltrated the whole liver tissue, leading to the foumationof local inflammatory focis. RFP causes lipic peroxidation of the hepatic cells ang inhibits the activity of SOD and GSH-PX.So the hepatic cells are damage. 2). The damage level of the ZnSO4+RFP group has clearly decreased,Hepatic sinus are almost normal,no apparent dilation is seen. The degree of of the distintegration of liver cells cords is decreasee obviously, with less inflammatory cells infiltrated.Inferring the reasons:Zinc has shown its antioxidation effect, inhibiting the damage caused by RFP in a certain degree.The hepatic cells of the ZnSO4 group are intact, no apparent necrotic spots are seen. It indicates that the damage of the ZnSO4+RFP group is not caused by additional given Zinc through digestive tract has prevention to the liver in a certain degree.Zinc is a kind of necessary microelectronics of the body. It plays an important part in all kinds of physical functions. As a chemical matter that can activate Cu/Zn SOD, it can clear the free radicals of the body, inhibiting the preoxidation of lipid efficiently. And Zinc is a powerful catalyses of MT, and MT has a powerful effect in clearing free radicals. MT is an intrinsic protective protein, so it is possible to inhibit the damage caused by RFP by additional given Zinc.Zinc can strengthen the activity of SOD, playing its effect in antioxidation. It is also a main catalyse of MT. When Zinc enters the body, it reaches the tissue calls with blood. Besides entering the body by negative diffusion, it also can play other protective functions with other receptors on the membrane. Zinc inhibits preoxidation in order to protect the cells. When cells are damaged by preoxidaed, the –SH in their membranes are oxidated into –s-s-.Zn binds with S to form a stable salt, protecting it from being oxidated and keeping the membrane intact. 5 Conclusions Compared with the RFP group, the damage of ZnSO4+RFP group is clearly decreased.
