Attendance Policy:
Students are accountable for all reading assignments, and regular
class attendance is required. Students absent for more than two (2)
classes will be counseled. Latenesses of more than 15 minutes will
be recorded as an absence. Latenesses of less than 15 minutes will
recorded as 3 latenesses = 1 absence.
In the event of an absence on a test date, the “make-up” test will be
available in the Success Center for a period of one (1) week. If, in
extenuating circumstances, the student is unable to complete the
exam during that time frame, the student must have instructor
approval for an extension. There will be a 10% reduction of the

discretion of the instructor. Only two (2) make up exams will be
allowed per student, per semester.
