SUMMER SPORTS EVENING
Tuesday 23rd June at 5pm
(Please note: if the weather is awful we have a backup date of Thursday 25th June and
you will be notified of the change)
The summer sports evening is approaching fast. As well as being a fantastic sporting and social occasion it
is also a big fund raising opportunity for the PSA. The more we raise the more school activities and events
we can fund.
As well as the usual BBQ, bar and raffle the PSA will be running several stalls this year and so we are
putting out a plea for help and donations.
CAN YOU HELP?
We need donations for the following…

Uniform Bring and Buy - please donate old uniform items and come along to buy kit for next year!

Books Stall – children’s books in good condition.
Please bring contributions to the library on Monday 22nd or Tuesday 23rd.
Setting up will take place from 3:45pm on Tuesday 23rd.

Cake Stall – tasty creations from years 3 and 4

Plant Stall

Tattoos, face painting & more

BBQ & Bar

Raffle – Watch out! Tickets on sale shortly! Don’t miss out as this year prizes are awesome!

Can you help out at the event? We need people to help with setting up, running the stalls and clearing away. Your
help would be extremely appreciated and you will not miss the sports events.
If you can help, please return the slip below to reception before Wednesday 10th June. Thank you for your support.
