With school and other fall related activities back in the equation, I’ve decided to hold BOTH September shows as one day events. Dates are
Saturday, September 19 & September 26 . I would REALLY appreciate hearing from everyone sooner than later on what their plans are for these shows.

Julie Martin will be available to take (senior picture style) on Friday
September 18. Cost is a $100 per horse/rider combo. The session lasts about
30 minutes. Session includes one clothing change and a CD of the entire shoot! Please call Julie to reserve a time slot @513-237-3874

First, thanks to all the parents, riders and trainers for supporting my shows.
It’s been a challenging year for many and I greatly appreciate your efforts to get to the shows!!!

Series points
Points are updated through August and have been posted to the website. They’re in an excel workbook. The divisions are (for the most part) listed alphabetically.
This year the series included 7 shows. To be eligible for year-end awards you must accrue points in the same division in 3 of 7 shows. (April 25 not part of series). Points to count 10, 6, 4, 2, 1, ½, 1 st -6 th respectively.
Food Concession & Snacks
As always complimentary light snacks & soft drinks will be available ringside
Friday. Water coolers and cups are at the in-gate of each show ring.
Weekend Concession: Childress Rodgers IEA riding team will be manning the food booth. Profits go directly to the program to help defray competition expenses!! Hours of operation are 8-4 on Sat & Sun. .If you would like to learn more about this programs please visit their website @ www.chilesbarn.com
Schooling: Arenas are open on Friday from 11 am – 7 pm.
SAT/SUN: 7- 8:45 AM (all rings) Ring 1 has separate schooling for the little ones with W/T 8:45-8:55 and Xrails 8:30 - 8:45.
Jumpers: Course walks are Sat PM upon the completion of the hunters and
Sunday AM from 8:30 – 8:45.
Stabling: For those of you with stalls remember; you are asking your trainer and the show to turn someone else away based on your COMMITTMENT to participate. Unable to make the show? 2 WEEKS CANCELLATION NOTICE
REQUIRED!!!!
Cancellation Fee: (horses with stalls only) $100 + $50 stall fee.
Minimum of 2
weeks notice to avoid this fee. If I can rent your stall with a showing horse you will not be charged.
Tack Stalls: Any group may request tack stall (s). I will try and honor these requests Larger groups (6+ horses) will have priority. Please keep in mind that tack stalls do not fill divisions or enhance the competition in any way. Bottom line I reserve the right to limit tack stalls. If I have extra stalls I’m happy to give them as tack stalls.

Classes : $20 except Lead line is $17.
Schooling: $35
Returned check : $25
Shavings: $8
Non-Showing horse with stall: $60 + stabling and schooling fees. A nonshowing horse is defined as one that doesn’t go in a minimum or 3 classes.
Stalls: $80 (subtract $30 if you are cleaning before you leave the show)
