10’ x 10’ booth rental Fee: $60 if registered by February 28th; $75 after that date

Fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs (Please indicate below if needed); Additional table $10.00;

Registrations received by Feb. 28, will be put in drawing for a free booth rental, $60 value

Food Vendors (i.e., Tastefully Simple) please check with Glenpool City/Tulsa County Health Depts. for fees required.

Set up starts at 7:30 A. M.; please make certain you are set up & ready by 9:50 A. M.

Need to be out of building by 5:00 P. M.
