John A. Beebe Senior Research Scientist National Council for Air & Stream Improvement, Inc. John started with NCASI's Western Wildlife Program in 1997 after an 8-year research program with the Pacific Northwest Research Station. He holds a B.A. in Biology from Central Washington University and is finalizing his M.S. in ecology at Oregon State University. Before joining NCASI’s Northeast Regional Center in October 1998, his research efforts focused on analysis of spatial data in forested lands throughout Oregon and Washington. Currently, he works on testing watershed model calibration efforts using BASINS and performs various GIS functions for the council’s sustainable forestry and surface water programs. In 2005, John was promoted to Senior Research Scientist. 1. Beebe, J.A., Everett, R.L., Java-Sharpe B., and W.P. Clary. 1994.
