WITTMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES RESIDENTIAL STORM REMEDIATION
Wittman completes improvements to a home severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy
BERKELEY, NJ December 3, 2012 – The Owner of the home, Mark Dragoo, contracted Wittman to
complete repairs due to water damage from this terrible storm at his Jersey Shore residence. This
extensive remediation work included removal of flood-damaged drywall and wall insulation in
all first floor areas. It also included the removal of plywood in the garage, floor covering, crawl space
insulation, damaged appliances and other miscellaneous damaged property. Wittman dried the remaining
structure with fans and dehumidifiers and then treated all flood-affected areas with spray-on mildicide.
The deck and outdoor pavers were pressure washed as well. The house is now completely prepared for
reconstruction.
