Performing detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction and
installation standards and specifications.
Reviewing of project proposals, design drawings, equipment specifications and the
proposed protection and control schemes for the new engineered equipment & facilities.
Witness, monitor and/or inspect the installation and testing of instrumentation and controls,
as required.
Monitoring and confirming documentation of installation and start-up of control and
instrumentation systems, including start-up tests on specialized equipment as specified in
the contract documents.
Field check installation and location of instrumentation and control panels, PLCs and
SCADA systems.
Assuring compliance with specifications, drawings and approved submittals.
Providing recommendation on all instrumentation and control construction work to assure a
functionality and final product.
Verifying equipment settings, alignment, and testing and energization requirements.
Witness, monitor and/or review instrumentation calibration tests.
Monitoring contractors' compliance with approved contractor quality control program and
submittals.
Highlighting recommendations for improvements to standard construction quality control
provisions.
Working with vendor technical representatives to resolve equipment technical problems.
Estimating cost, preparing justifications and complete expenditure requests as required.
Supporting project execution and project proposals and initiate detailed work outline and
make decision as to basic processes, and/or equipment.

Orissa - India.

Assure proper execution of all engineering work performed on project, including defining
man-hours, control of schedule and technical authority.
Calibration of the Field instruments i.e. Transmitters and various measuring
parameters(like flow,level,temperature and pressure).
Monitoring the erection of the field instruments such as Cable trays,Field Panels,Junction
Boxes,Actuators, detectors,sensors and transmitters.
Showing the clearence for the Instrumentation workers(Fitters,Welders etc) as per the P &
ID drawings given by the customer.
Impulse Piping works-Guiding the team as per the Instrumentation designs.
Spearheading efforts in the project managment, working on the product & quality
improvement, while analysing the requirement of the projects.
Organizing and managing resources, identifying risks within defined scope, quality, time
and cost constraints.
Interacting with the team members (Engineers) for the mutual benefits in the project while
interacting with the customers\clients on their projects for providing technical advises &
feedbacks, creating high-level requirements report and gap analysis.
Monitoring execution of projects under tight deadlines.
