Knowledge and Skills Framework - Supported Training Modules
As KSF implementation is now in process a variety of training and awareness modules have been
developed to support managers, staff side reps and staff to implement KSF.
The best place to start would be the KSF Workshop for Managers and Staff Side Reps. This will
give a comprehensive understanding of KSF, the process for developing KSF outlines and allow
Managers and Staff Side Reps to then discuss and plan, in partnership, how KSF implementation
will be carried out locally for their service area. All other modules are designed to support
implementation.
