Tampa Microwave Wins Multiple Awards Contract from the
Department of the Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center
Tampa, Florida (July 28, 2006) -- Tampa Microwave, a leading provider of innovative
microwave products for a variety of ground-based commercial and governmental satellite
communications programs, announced today that the company has been awarded an indefinitedelivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple awards contract from the U.S. Department of the
Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center to provide satellite simulators.
The simulators, which provide frequency operation in C, X, Ku and Ka band, are a cost-effective
method for training and testing satellite terminals. The contract award includes a one-year
base period and four one-year option periods. The aggregate value over the five-year contract
performance period could be up to $10,000,000. Work done in year one is scheduled for
completion by July 2007 and options for orders could continue through July 2011.

The assets of Tampa Microwave were recently acquired by E2G Partners, LLC of Cincinnati,
Ohio. Mr. Guerrazzi, formerly president of KDI Precision Products, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
L-3 Communications, Inc. and managing director of E2G Partners assumed the position of
president of Tampa Microwave. The company continues to do business under the name of
Tampa Microwave at its current facilities in Tampa, Florida.
