Dear Stallholder,
We are now taking Stall bookings for the Camden New Town Community Festival
on Sunday 20t t July 2014 the Festival is held in Camden Square Gardens, 6’ x
3’appx.
If you have any questions you wish answered please ask Emily on 0794 747 5132,
if she cannot answer you straight away she will find an answer for you.
Once we have received your completed booking form and registration fee, Emily
will send out the information that will provide all the site arrangements for the
festival, this will confirm that a stall is available for you.
Please note that stall booking with fees received by the end of May 2014 will be
given a £5.00 discount.

Please note
1. The Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any applications for a stall.
2. Some items will be deemed concessions and the Fee for such bookings will be set at a higher
rate. – local £25 to £35, commercial and food /drinks stalls £55
3. Cheques should be made payable to “Camden New Town Community Festival”
4. Once your booking is accepted you will receive a site plan and details of setting up times.
5. Please note there is no parking on the Festival Site unless it is necessary for your activity and
must be agreed first with the Festival Organiser.
6. Please note that you are responsible for removing all your goods, leaving the area tidy and
removing your litter at the end of the festival, thanks.
