Regulations and Conditions
All fees must accompany your entry.
Players under 18 years pay half-price (except Event 1).
Play begins at 9am each day.
Each event is closely scheduled and there will be no leave of absence.
Time limits for all games are as advised on the draw sheets.
Double banking will be used.
Hoops will be ball+1mm unless otherwise advised.

Social events
All players are invited to the Opening Reception on Saturday, 4th of August at 8p.m.. For other
social events, see the notice board.
Bookings for the Tournament Dinner (Saturday, 11th August) must be entered in the caterer’s
diary in the Club House lobby.
Continental breakfast (free to players), lunch and afternoon tea will be available each day.
