CERISANO, Dino Antonio After a long, difficult, painful Struggle with Muscular
Dystrophy, Dinos' Guardian Angel pleaded with God to grant Dino his longtime Wish; to
be free of Pain and to be with his Brother Christopher, who was his Mentor and Vorbil d.
And so, on 5th September 2003, at the age of 29 Years, Dino followed his Guardian
Angel without Hesitation or Tears through past Adversity to the Stars. `Heaven's Very
Special Child' A Meeting was held quite far from earth! `It's time again for an other
Birth', said the Angels to the Lord above; `This Special Child will need much Love. His
Progress may be very slow, Accomplishments he may not show, And he will require
extra Care From many Folks he meets down there. He may not run or laugh or p lay, His
Thoughts may seem quite far away. In many Ways he won't adapt, And he'll be known as
handicapped. So let's be careful where he's sent, We want his Life to be content. Please,
Lord, find the Parents who Will do a very special Job for You. The y will not realize right
away, The leading Role they are asked to play; But with this Child sent from above,
Comes stronger Faith and greater Love. And soon they'll know the Privilege given in
caring for their Gift from Heaven. Their precious Charge so meek and mild, is `Heavens
Very Special Child'.' Dino rested in The Chapel at Robert J. Reid Funeral Home on
Johnson Street, Kingston, ON. His Mass of Christian Burial was held on 8th September
2003 in St. Mary's St. James Chapel by Monsignor Clem ent. Cremated at Cataraqui
Cemetery, Dino and Christopher will be inurned, together, in Glenhaven Memorial
Gardens - Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Two Very Special Children were given into
my Care, Dino and Christopher, forever cherished Sons of Mo ther Carla Maria Cerisano,
dearly loved Brothers of Rocco, Dominico, Ricardo and their Friends, Karen, Rebecca
and Monique. Christopher was taken by his Guardian Angel, to wait for Dino, on 4
December 1992. At closing, I like to thank the Staff and O wner of Robert J. Reid & Sons
Funeral Home, St. Mary's Monsignor Clement and Mr. Ron Whitehead, Manager of
Glenhaven Memorial Gardens, for their compassionate Care to make Dino's Funeral a
