Brother Governor, Administrator, Higher Degrees Chairman and Fellowship Chairman;
Your State Moose Association has two (2) programs by which members of your lodge may be recognized throughout
this Association’s jurisdiction. It is with great pride that I announce the Pilgrim of the Year award and the Fellow of
the Year award for 2011-2012.
You have the opportunity to honor a Pilgrim and a Fellow from your Lodge. The criteria for choosing your Pilgrim of
the Year and Fellow of the Year and the Application forms are located on our Association’s web site. The help that
each of your nominees performed in your Lodge during the Lodge year May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 should be the
main criteria for his nomination. Please make every effort to complete the forms and forward them to me by the 15th
of August, 2012. The Pilgrim of the Year and Fellow of the Year Award for the Washington State Northern Idaho
Moose Association will be awarded at the State Convention.

FELLOW OF THE YEAR AWARD
This award shall be given to a member of the Fellowship Degree in the Washington State
Northern Idaho Moose Association who has expended his energies in the interest of fraternal
advancement and accomplishment. This award will be a voice to all that the bearer is an outstanding
Moose member and is recognized as such, both personally and in his Moose Family Center.
In consideration of the applicant, the following rules are set forth;
1. He shall be a Fellow in good standing for one (1) year or more prior to his nomination.
2. He shall be an active member sponsor in his Lodge and Moose Legion.
3. He shall have served on one or more committees in an effective manner.
Brother Governor with the aid of your Administrator and Fellowship Chairman please screen
your membership for an outstanding Fellow. Please fill out the attached application form and submit a
short resume.
The selection committee for the Washington State Northern Idaho Moose Association shall be comprised

Please mail or email the completed application to the WSNIMA Chairman of Higher Degrees
(Paul Curtis) by August 15, 2012. If you have no one to nominate please return the nomination form with
the word “NO” written on it.
All individuals nominated will be recognized at the State Convention. One nominee will be chosen
as the WSNIMA Fellow of the Year.
