It is based at the Jozef Stefan Institute in Slovenia, Europe. It functions as a training portal for many Networks of Excellence, Integrated Projects and STRePs. All content is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 and offers to the scientific, research, business and general public the largest collection of content quality, peer-reviewed videos that are enriched with slides.
