To be considered for merit pay in any one area, a faculty member must meet the minimal requirements listed as “Required of all Faculty” in that area. To receive merit pay, the faculty member must demonstrate meritorious behaviors in any of the areas of criteria listed for meritorious performance. Each item for which the faculty demonstrates meritorious behavior will be rated from 1 to 5 (1 = lowest meritorious behavior, 5 = highest meritorious behavior). Criteria for merit are not weighted.
