Communications in IPM -

Food Production Industry: Opportunities and Challenges

EPA Potomac Yard Conference Center

August 1 - 2, 2007

Agenda

The food production industry faces numerous challenges in advancing sustainable agriculture.

The symposium goals are to identify these challenges and identify opportunities to address them, share information among producers and input providers on current and potential initiatives, and explore ways for better communication and collaboration among the industry.

Achievement of these goals will improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance sustainable agricultural production for the industry, including growers, processors and packers, wholesalers, retailers and ultimately consumers.
