Developments Ltd has the right at any time, to withdraw wholesale status. The company is not obliged to provide
any reason. In the event of Ordnance Developments Ltd agreeing to open a credit account in the name of the
Applicant, the Applicant hereby agrees that any purchases will be subject to the Conditions of Sale and of
Services set out on the reverse hereof.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
1.
GENERAL
a.
These Conditions of Sale are the terms on which Ordnance Developments Ltd (ODL) and Belmont
Ammunition (a trading division of ODL) sell goods and supersede any prior discussions and
arrangements.
b.
No variation to these conditions will bind Ordnance Developments Ltd unless the variation is
confirmed in writing.
2.
PRICES
a.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
b.
Unless otherwise notified by Ordnance Developments Ltd, the price payable to Ordnance
Developments Ltd shall be Ordnance Developments Ltd normal prices ruling at the time of delivery,
applicable to the goods sold and the provision of services in relation to such goods. Any discounts,
however calculated, shall be off-set wholly against the goods.
3.
FREIGHT
a.
Ex our store – by Fastway Couriers (Components and cartridges under 5kgs)
b.
Ex our store – by Mainfreight Limited (Components Cartridges over 5kgs)
4.
OWNERSHIP
Delivery of any goods to the purchaser is made on the express condition that the ownership of the goods
shall not pass to the purchaser until payment of the full price and all other costs are made.
5.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ordnance Developments Ltd, payment shall be made by the 20 th of
the month following the month of invoice. Payment not made by the aforesaid date shall be considered an
overdue account and may bear interest at the rate of 3% per month from the due date until the date of
actual settlement of the account. In the event of an overdue account, Ordnance Developments Ltd reserves
the right to postpone or cancel further deliveries.
6.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE
a
Loss or damage to goods must be claimed within 7 days from the carrier to the purchaser, as
consignee.
b.
Notice of any claims for any amount not recoverable from the carrier must be given to Ordnance
Developments Ltd within 30 days after the invoice date.
7.
RETURNS
Returned goods must be in unsoiled, undamaged and re-saleable condition and in the original packaging
where appropriate. Ordnance Developments Ltd may refuse credit for any goods returned if the
requirements of these conditions are not observed or may determine on inspection that the reason for return
is not justified.
8.
EXPORT
No product may be exported outside New Zealand without prior authorisation from Ordnance Developments
Ltd.
9.
DELAYS
Any despatch, delivery or availability dates are estimates only, subject to prior sale of any acts, events, or
circumstances beyond reasonable control of Ordnance Developments Ltd.
10.
PRIVACY ACT
Ordnance Developments Ltd shall be entitled at any time to require the purchaser to provide a form of
consent under the Privacy Act 1993 in accordance with Ordnance Developments Ltd standard requirements
and duly signed by an authorised signatory of the purchaser as a condition of dispatch of any goods in
terms or these conditions of sale.
11.
APPLICABLE LAW
The contract shall be governed by the laws in force in New Zealand and the parties irrevocably submit to
the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
