Target audience

This event is aimed at Education Programme Directors for Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy

Technicians. This day will provide an opportunity to critique the current models of underpinning knowledge provision and will be a full and interactive workshop style event.

Learning Outcomes

 Discuss the provision of underpinning knowledge

 Update on KSS Deanery Pharmacy Trainee in Difficulty (TiD) policy

 Findings of the PTPT exit questionnaire

 Develop professional appraisal as a tool to support trainee progression

Pre-course Work

In order to fully participate in the trainee in difficulty session please ensure you come to the day with a real life trainee in difficulty scenario which you have dealt with previously to share your experiences.
