St Mary's North Downs Challenge Walks Organised by St Mary's Church - Kemsing On Saturday, 11th May 2013 ---------------------------- Entry fee for all routes includes water and light refreshments at checkpoints sandwiches and cakes at the finish. Finish All walkers must finish by 5.30pm to claim their food & be within the time allowed to qualify for a certificate. Badges will be on sale. Start 20 mile - 8½ hours allowed 15 mile - 7½ hours allowed 11 mile - 6 hours allowed Certificates Will show the distance walked as measured on the Ordnance Survey Map. Equipment You are advised to wear sturdy shoes or boots according to weather conditions as footpaths are uneven and can be very muddy. For safety; carry a whistle, at least half a litre of water and a personal first aid kit. It is recommended that you carry appropriate map and a compass. The organisers will arrange transport to the finish where your card must be handed to the reception desk. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE RETIRE WITHOUT INFORMING THE ORGANISERS. 9.
