Good morning/Good afternoon Mr. /Ms. Developer,
Thank you for the opportunity to meet with you on include date and time and discuss the
prospect of a field placement with your organization. I am most appreciative of the time you
spent informing me about your target population and the availability of developmental
opportunities.
Unfortunately, I have decided to conduct my internship with another organization. Even
though I have chosen a different place to conduct my field placement, it is important to advise
you that my interaction with you, your organization, have set in motion the importance of
developing the knowledge and skills I will need to learn and integrate into my social work
practice.
