Day of show entries will NOT BE TAKEN. Move-ups or Entry Corrections can be made at the
Event Table. All Event Times are AZ Time.
Event Start Times Saturday December 5, 2015
Conformation.
1.
Puppy Match: Ring 2 9:00 a.m.
2.
RING 1: Junior Showmanship. Show 1: 9:30 a.m., followed by Breed Judging in Ring 1. Junior
Showmanship Show 2.
3.
RING 2: Junior Showmanship. Show 2: 10:00 a.m., followed by Breed Judging in Ring 2.
4.
Group Judging . Group judging to commence immediately following all breeds in that group, or at the discretion of the Event Committee.
Site Availability & Restrictions
1.
Site will be available to exhibitors at Building will be open to exhibitors at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
2.
Please follow the directions of the club staff in regards to parking and setting up of your canopies.
3.
Empty setup space may not be saved. Space is on a first come, first served basis.
4.
There will be absolutely NO SMOKING on site. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
5.
NO powdering or other grooming products used to alter or enhance a dog’s coat or color are allowed.
Armbands — Your armbands are available at the Event Table. They are located on the left side of the entry table and are organized alphabetically by your last name. Please check the back of the armband to verify that your dog has been entered correctly. If you find any errors, contact either the Show Chairperson, Linda Dannemiller or
Show Secretary Connie Mathewson, eso we can correct it immediately. Otherwise, see the staff at the
Superintendent’s table.
Class Change/Correction of Entry — Owners are responsible for the accuracy of information and any errors on the entry forms. There will be no refunds for invalid entries. Dogs that, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a title after the closing of entries, may be moved-up from the entered class to another class for which the dog is now eligible. Requests for a move-up must be made in writing to UKC not later than one-half hour prior to the start of any regular judging at the show. All other corrections to entries must be made in writing to the Event Secretary not later than one-half hour prior to the start of any regular judging at the show.
