Goal: In order map how our curriculum addresses the Areas of Interaction, one of these forms must be filled out for EACH GRADE LEVEL for
EVERY SUBJECT.
Instructions:
1. Fill in the grade level above the table.
2. For each PRESCRIBED MINIMUM for your subject and year, fill in the required boxes.
 The “Subject” box will be repetitive but it will be necessary when we merge all of the subjects together and sort by AOI
 Use the initials of the AOI (E, HSE, CS, HI). ATL may not be used since it is embedded in all units.
 Prescribed minimum types can be found on the Monitoring Task Planner for your subject area
