The freshwater gobies of genus Rhinogobius Gill, 1859 have been collected and studied recently around Huangshan (Yellow mountain), the tributary of Shinanjiang, Chiangtangjiang basin, Anhuei Province, China. There are three species discovered. One is the nominal species: Rhinogobius davidi (Suavage et Dabry, 1874) and another two species are new to science. The two new species can be distinguished from other congeneric species by their differentiation of meristic, head canal system and specific coloration patterns. We firstly reported the three sympatric, non-diadromous species of freshwater gobies from same locality within this genus in the West Pacific.
