Welcome to Yeovil Senior Netball Club!
As you are now in the ‘Over 14’ age group and in Year 10 or above at school, you move from being part of our Junior Club,
to being part of our Senior Club. If you have been part of the Junior section already you will still see lots of familiar faces
and may even be coached by a coach you know from our Junior club! Some of our coaches coach at both Senior and
Junior level. You will also meet many new faces..
Fees
Below is a brief outline of fees that will be due for the season : Registration Fee will be £25 as your Affiliation to England Netball nearly doubles in cost as you move from being
an U14 to being an over 14.
 Monthly training fees will be £16 per month whether you train on a Wednesday night or on a Tuesday night
(NOTE: this will need to be paid in accordance with the letter from the Treasurer attached)
Registration Sessions
There will be registration dates held to collate the paperwork and monies necessary for the season. These will be held
on: First pre-season training in August TBC – 6-6:45pm (for those attending Weds training)
 26th August 6-7pm (for those attending Tues training)
NEW: Parents Evening
This season we are going to hold a 2 Parents Evenings during the course of the year. We would invite all parents to attend
specifically to find out more details about events the club will be involved in, if they have general queries for the
committee or wish to speak to a specific coach individually. Dates will be set and sent out via Teamer.
Correspondence
The majority of correspondence is done by email, the website or through the Teamer site. In addition, urgent messages
and copies of all the paperwork are put onto Teamer and the club website.

The preferred method of payment for both the Registration Fee and Training Fees is payment in full at the beginning of
the season:-however, post dated cheques for Training Fees will be accepted. These post-dated cheques for training fees
(made payable to Yeovil Netball Club, dated by Dec ‘15, and not exceeding 3 in number) should be given to Tracey at the
same time as the Registration Fee of £40. All money should be put in a sealed envelope with the player’s name on the
front.
Payment in full can be made by direct bank transfer-but this must be done by Tuesday 18th August if you wish to proceed
this way. We have a separate form detailing our bank information- please just ask for it.
If you are unable to pay as proposed, the option of monthly standing order payments is available. Please discuss this
option with Tracey, as she has a form available for you to sign and return.
Note: there is a £10 discount for those who pay the combined annual fees in full by 19th August 2015- and this discount
will apply to those paying with post dated cheques as well, provided the first cheque is for the Registration Fee of £40,
which is dated on or before 19th Aug 15, and all other post dated cheques are given to Tracey by that date as well. The
discount does not apply to other payment methods.
There are reduced training fees for those with 2 or more family members in the club, and for those returning to netball
within 12 months of the birth of a baby. Please ask Tracey for more information if this applies to you.
Your Registration Fee includes affiliation to All England Netball Association, which provides a free quarterly magazine and
Civil and Personal Accident Insurance.
Refunds of training fees are always made to members unable to train or play for a period of time due to injury.
