Improvements filing in ER14-781. The filing is pending.

4-16-2014 - Regulatory Processes is developing Business Practices on
the IEP process to be presented in the fourth quarter of 2014.
8-15-2014 – Staff is developing a straw proposal for the SPCTF Order
1000 to further define what is included in the RFP, what is expected from
the respondents, and more clarification on how the IEP should score
certain items. The reference to the Minimum Design Standards being
developed by the PCWG will also be included.
