Collected data was analyzed with Microsoft Excel. Findings: The status of software of digital libraries under study was analyzed in 7 features, including Content Management and Acquisition, Metadata and Standards, Search and Retrieval, Reports and Inquiry, Preservation and System Support and Maintenance, User Interface, Automatic Tools. The obtained results indicated that regarding the criteria studied in this research, libraries support Content Management and acquisition with 52/34%, Metadata and Standards with 37/33%, Search and Retrieval with 53/14%, Reports and Inquiry with 88%, Preservation and system support and maintenance with 48%, User Interface with 27/77%, and Automatic Tools with 52%. Results: The software of digital libraries under study have more attention to Content Management and Acquisition, Search and Retrieval, Reports and Inquiry, Automatic Tools and less attention to Metadata and Standards, Preservation and System Support and Maintenance, User Interface.
