Full of character, it has been most attractively renovated whilst still retaining old stripped pine panelling, open beams and a huge inglenook fireplace. The designer kitchen has a built-in ceramic hob, oven, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living-room is comfortably furnished, with colour television/DVD and a wood-burner in the inglenook. Luxuriously appointed family holiday house with wonderful river views from all rooms and full Central heating. Pointside occupies a superb position at the mouth of Helford Creek with delightful views of the Helford River and the ever changing boating scene, and only the coastal footpath between the house and the water. It is extremely tastefully furnished and very fully equipped. Such a lovely home is rarely available for holidays. It offers immaculate, light and airy very comfortable accommodation - sitting/dining room with slate fireplace housing a woodburner, colour television/video and french doors onto a patio overlooking the open countryside and opening into an excellent kitchen providing a large cooker (gas hob, electric oven), microwave, dishwasher and attractive beech units, this leads to a useful Utility room with the CH boiler, a washer, dryer and fridge/freezer and a small Cloakroom with loo and basin. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with open country views and a very pretty bathroom with bath, basin, loo and separate shower.
