Bridge Cottage, Helford: sleeps two to three. ETC 3 star.
A charming old cottage overlooking the head of the creek, very pleasantly
furnished with an open-plan living-room with a night storage heater,
phone for incoming calls, colour television/video, new Shaker style fitted
kitchen with built-in cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier.
A double and single bedroom and newly refurbished shower room with
loo and basin. Car parking and a sunny creekside patio with garden
furniture All linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included
from mid-May to mid-September, also night storage heating early and late
season. A dog is occasionally accepted. No smoking.

Two most attractive well furnished cottages in a sheltered peaceful garden,
bordered by a stream and waterfall at the head of the creek. The larger two
storey barn has a spacious sitting room with a stone fireplace and colour
television/video, radio/CD player fully fitted kitchen /breakfast room
including a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, three good bedrooms, one
(5’double bed) with an en-suite shower, basin and loo and two twin
rooms (one with wash basin), bathroom with overhead shower and a
utility room with washer/dryer and separate loo. Full gas central heating is
included in cooler months, electricity is charged by meter reading. There
is a payphone.
The single-storey Barn Owl, is ideal for two or three people and has a very
pleasant, cosy living room with a wood-burner, colour
television/video/DVD and strip wood floor, newly fitted Shaker style
galley kitchen including fridge/freezer, utility room with washer/dryer,
double and single bedrooms both with basins, and bathroom including
shower. Night storage heating is included, normal electricity is charged by
meter reading.
Barn Owl
The Barn sitting-room
Double, well insulated, inter-connecting doors - normally locked - link the Barns, so
that a party of up to nine can be accommodated. Duvets and linen, but not towels, are
provided throughout, also a cot and high chair. There is ample parking for three or four
cars, garden furniture and a barbecue in the secluded garden. A dog is possible by
arrangement.

reading. We regret no pets or children
under 10 years old are accepted. There

Deceptively spacious cottage at the head of the creek with parking for two
cars and a patio with garden furniture and barbecue beside the stream. It
has a sitting-room with granite fireplace with a wood-burner, colour
television and video, dining-room, and attractive newly fitted oak kitchen
with cooker, dishwasher, frig/freezer, microwave, washer/drier, and rear
lobby with second loo.
Upstairs is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, twin bedroom,
single bedroom and double bedroom with pretty four-poster bed. Duvets
and linen (but not towels) are provided. Night storage heating throughout
is included , normal electricity charged by meter reading. A dog is
acceptable for a small charge. There is a payphone.

Laloma, Helford: sleeps Six. ETC 3 star.
A picturesque thatched cottage with wonderful views down the river from
most rooms. Full of character, it has been most attractively renovated
whilst still retaining old stripped pine panelling, open beams and a huge
inglenook fireplace. The designer kitchen has a built-in ceramic hob, oven,
washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The spacious
living-room is comfortably furnished, with colour television/DVD and a
wood-burner in the inglenook. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom,
all with linen included but not towels, have delightful views from under
the thatched eaves and there is a pretty bathroom on the half-landing with
bath with overhead shower attachment, basin and loo.
Outside, a patio area with garden furniture adjoins the cottage, with lawns
on a higher level - not fenced in for tinies! - offering wonderful river
views. There is private parking for two cars. Night store heater heating is
included, normal electricity is charged by meter reading. Phone for

The old stables
A most attractive converted stables in a peaceful sylvan setting, close to the river and
village. Spacious accommodation, with gas central heating, offers a double bedroom
(five foot bed), twin bedroom, single room and bathroom on the upper level. The
ground floor has an good pine kitchen/breakfast room, with built-in cooker,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and drier; cloakroom with second loo
and basin, dining-room with archway through to a pleasant, very comfortable sittingroom with colour television/DVD/Video, and French doors to a sunny secluded
garden (with table and chairs), bordered by woodland. There is parking in the
cobbled yard. Duvets and pillows provided, but no linen. All gas central heating and
electricity included. Phone connected for local calls. A `no-smoking' cottage. Dogs
not accepted.

A quaint and quirky pad for two in a sheltered courtyard setting beside the
tumbling stream running into the creek. Small but charming
accommodation, the living room has a bed, settee, dining area, woodburner, night store heater, TV/Video and door to the secluded courtyard
garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is
normally available very close by.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave,
washer/dryer and leads to the bathroom with a bath with overhead
shower, loo, basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. Linen is
provided but not towels. A dog is accepted for £15 per week. Night store
heating included - normal electricity paid for by meter reading. There is a
telephone.

Luxuriously appointed family holiday house with wonderful river views
from all rooms and full Central heating.
Pointside occupies a superb position at the mouth of Helford Creek with
delightful views of the Helford River and the ever changing boating scene,
and only the coastal footpath between the house and the water. It is
extremely tastefully furnished and very fully equipped. Such a lovely
home is rarely available for holidays.

A lobby/porch leads from the front garden to a comfortable sitting room
with a wood-burner, Sky TV/video and CD player. The spacious, light and
airy kitchen/breakfast room, has a ceramic hob, 2 separate ovens,
dishwasher, bread-maker, large Smeg fridge/freezer and a long pine dining
table for up to eight with views down the river whilst you dine! A walk
through study area, with phone for incoming calls, leads to a
conservatory/childrens room with Sky TV/video and plenty of childrens
videos. French doors open on to a small courtyard garden with a gas
barbecue and steps lead to a higher garden area with garden furniture
overlooking the river. The utility room has a washer, dryer, separate
freezer and boiler. Stairs from the sitting room lead from the landing to the main bedroom (5’ bed) and with stunning views from all three
windows, en suite shower room with large shower, loo and basin. The 2nd
very pretty bedroom has twin 3’ beds that can be linked together and a
wash basin. The 3rd bedroom has sturdy bunk beds and a single bed.
There are televisions in two bedrooms and a video player in the bunk
room. Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and loo. All
bed linen but not towels are provided. There is parking outside the house
for one car. Regret no pets, no smoking.

A romantic cottage in a quiet secluded corner of the village with views of the river from
upstairs. Newly refurbished but retaining an abundance of charm and character and with full
central heating. The attractive living room has a large inglenook fireplace with a wood-burner,
colour TV/DVD and video and a dining area at one end. The slate floored kitchen is newly
equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric cooker; a rear lobby adjoins the
useful utility room/cloakroom housing the central heating boiler, washing machine and dryer.
Open stairs from the living room lead to two quaint cottage bedrooms featuring old stripped

A truly delightful, eighteenth-century fisherman's cottage, luxuriously converted with
lovely views of the river from all rooms. Cosy sitting-room with a gas-fired log
burner in the stone inglenook and a colour television, excellent pine-fitted kitchen
with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washer/drier, microwave and a stable
door to the secluded sunny patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. Upstairs the
double bedroom has an en suite power shower, loo and basin, and an appealing
second bathroom adjoins the twin bedroom. Night storage heaters throughout.

This delightfully refurbished, detached cottage is tucked away in a quiet, secluded
corner of Helford Village with views of the river from most rooms. It is a very well
equipped, centrally heated, cottage with a good kitchen, including dishwasher,
microwave and small breakfast bar overlooking the river, an occasional single
bedroom/bunk room and an attractive comfortable living/dining room featuring a
stone fireplace with a wood-burner and colour television, video and hi-fi system.
Upstairs is an appealing bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, bidet and loo, a
double bedroom with stunning river view, a walk-thro' single or twin bedroom to a
spacious main bedroom with 6' bed. There is a sheltered sun trap patio with garden
furniture and a useful utility room housing a freezer, washer, dryer, CH boiler, 2nd
loo and basin. Parking available a few yards beyond the cottage. Duvets and linen

A most appealing interior to this quaint old cottage at the head of the
creek. The attractive living room is comfortably furnished and has a
wood-burner in the old fireplace recess, colour TV/video and antique
dining table at one end. The well designed kitchen in antique oak is fully
equipped including cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an archway
through to the dining area. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin,
loo and w/machine. Upstairs are three cottage bedrooms, two small double
bedrooms and a twin room, cloakroom with loo and basin, and a
conservatory lobby opening onto a sheltered patio with garden furniture
and steps to a higher garden level with lovely views - not ideal for the very
young!

An interesting spacious old house in the centre of the village with views over the
creek to the river. Well House is a very well equipped, ideal family holiday house
with parking and terraced garden. Freshly redecorated this spring it offers a good
kitchen with Aga, electric hob & oven, microwave, frig/freezer, dishwasher and
stable door with views towards the creek; delightful old slate floored dining room,
sitting room with wood burner in old stone recess and french doors to patio with
views over the creek, and a small snug/children's TV room off the hallway.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, a twin room, single room (with wonderful river
view), and 2 bathrooms with bath, basin and loo, and one with shower over the
bath. Outside is a useful utility room with washer and dryer, parking and large,
rambling terraced garden. Linen provided, oil for the Aga and off peak electricity
included - normal electricity paid for by meter reading. Telephone for incoming
calls. A well behaved dog is welcome for a small charge but no smoking is
allowed in the cottage.

West Minster, Manaccan: sleeps six. ETC 4 star.
West Minster is a delightful cottage style house, extremely well equipped in a
secluded position adjoining open fields on the edge of Manaccan Village, within easy
walking distance of the popular, old thatched New Inn, interesting old church and
well stocked Village Stores and only a few minutes by car to Helford. It offers
immaculate, light and airy very comfortable accommodation - sitting/dining room
with slate fireplace housing a woodburner, colour television/video and french doors
onto a patio overlooking the open countryside and opening into an excellent kitchen
providing a large cooker (gas hob, electric oven), microwave, dishwasher and
attractive beech units, this leads to a useful Utility room with the CH boiler, a
washer, dryer and fridge/freezer and a small Cloakroom with loo and basin.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with open country views
and a very pretty bathroom with bath, basin, loo and separate shower. A small study
downstairs may be used as an occasional bedroom. Pleasant gardens surround the
house with ample parking for 2/3 cars and boat trailers. Telephone for incoming
calls. All linen and duvets are provided. Central heating is included late September late April. Electricity is paid for by meter reading. A well behaved dog is welcome
for a small charge and must be kept downstairs.
