Your first night is in Yangon. Day 02: Yangon – Kyaikhtiyo (B) After breakfast, a long excursion by road, 190 km east of Yangon, to Kyaikhtiyo. On the way visit Htaukkyant World World II Cemetery on the way. On arrive at Bago, visit Kyahkatwine Teaching Monastery where one can witness the hundreds of student monks having their lunch under the Buddha disciplines. After lunch proceed to Golden Rock, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. Pilgrims walk the twisting l0 km footpath through bamboo forests or by the local open truck. Arrvie at Bagao and visit proceed to Shwemawdaw Pagoda - the highest pagoda in Myanmar . After lunch visit Kanbawzathadi Palace, the palace site of King Bayinnaung who is the founder of Myanmar 2nd Dynasty; Shwethalyaung Pagoda - a 55 meters long reclining Buddha; Mons ’ weaving village, and Cheroot Making Home Cottage Industry. Day 04: Yangon – Bagan S/S (by flight) (B) After breakfast, transfer to airport to fly Bagan. Arrive at Bagan Meet and Transfer to hotel. Then start full day sightseeing to Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda - built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; Wetkyi-In Gubyaukkyi, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes; Htilominlo Temple - the largest temples of Bagan and Ananda Temple - King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowning achievement of the early style temple of architecture. After lunch, continue to Dhamanyangyi Temple was built by King Narathu in 1167 (12th centaury) and not finished but it displayed the finest brickwork in Bagan; Manuha Temple - built by King Manuhar from Thaton, Nanphaya and Myinkabar Gubyaukgyi Temple - known for its wall painting depicting scenes from the Jataka.
