Brighton Summer Reading Challenge 2014 It is Summer and Brighton students are invited to meet the Brighton Summer Reading Challenge! To give it a try follow these 5 easy steps: 1) Find your grade level list for 2014-2015 2) Read at least 5 books this summer including at least 3 from our list (these are to be new reads!) 3) Student fills out the chart with three sentences about each book (form following) 4) Have a parent sign for each book 5) Bring the list back to school in by September 3rd There are so many good books on these lists! Each list has a wide range of interests and reading levels. They are meant to be read by the students themselves (even though some would be such good read-alouds!) Awards will be given to everyone who reads at least 5 books, a top reader in each grade level, and the top readers of the summer. These will be presented at the September 5th Assembly.
