Dear Potential Applicants,
We would like to encourage you to apply for a position on
the Panhellenic Executive Board. Based on your previous sorority
experiences, we hope that you are proud to be part of the
Panhellenic community, and that you will lead the organization to
continue accomplishing remarkable feats.
Over the past several years, Lehigh University Panhellenic
has experienced several major changes, including the restructuring
of Recruitment rules, the reform of the Bylaws, and the alteration of
Panhellenic programming. We hope to continue to grow and evolve
as an organization in ways that can best serve our members.
Apart from serving as a governing body, Panhellenic is a
forum where sorority women can come together to coordinate
community-wide events, communicate with the administration, and
share resources. Past events have included Greek Week, Women’s
Empowerment Week, Greek Allies programs, and so much more.
Additionally, we welcome ideas for positively making use of
Panhellenic’s status as the largest women’s group on campus. We
encourage you to envision how Panhellenic can use its strengths to
enhance the life of women, affiliated and non-affiliated, at Lehigh.
Panhellenic has grown in so many ways because of the
amazing women it is composed of. The organization could not
achieve what we have so far without its amazing and inspiring
members. We challenge you to take an active leadership role in
Panhellenic as part of the Executive Board.
Serving as a member of this board has been a wonderful
opportunity for me. Not only was I able to grow as a leader, I’ve had
the chance to get to know some amazing women from all different
chapters. I encourage you to apply whether or not you’ve had
previous experience with Panhellenic positions.
We invite you to contact any member of the current
Executive Board with questions or concerns, and we look forward to
receiving your application!
Sincerely,
Rachel Henke
