Course Description: The main subjects of Private International Law II course are the meaning of Citizenship Law and Foreigners Law as a branch of International Private Law, its historical development and resources, related law branches and their promulgation, regimes that citizens and foreigners are subject to, practices for such these people, foreign country citizenship, relations and differences between foreigners law, and the concepts and principles governing these matters.
