Full to capacity, it seats a maximum of three hundred and fifty people. There are twenty rows for the audience with a centre aisle. The first five rows each contain ten seats on one side and leave space on the other for an orchestra or other musical accompanists. There are twenty seats in each of the other fifteen rows. Each row is identified by a letter and each seat has a number from 1 to 20. Ballyanyplace High School has hired the theatre for its performances of ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ on Thursday and Friday, 5th 6th May. Tickets cost £2.50 and £3.00 for Thursday night and Friday night costs £3.50 and £4.00. - The hall costs £75.00 per night to hire and they propose to hold their dress rehearsal on Wednesday 4th May. Costumes are £10.00 per person per night to hire. Lighting costs a total of £150.00. Tickets for both nights cost £16.00 for printing and programmes cost £40.00 for the first 50 and £5.00 per 50 after that. Pupil Notes ITMER1 3 Cast Database Part 1 1 Set up a database for all cast members to include the following fields: Surname, Forename, Sex, Year, Address, Postcode, Tel_no, Part, Costume (Hired or Made) Parts should include Joseph, his 11 brothers, his mother and father, Pharaoh, Potiphar and his wife, jailer, baker and butler. Use the names of pupils in your class and/or any others you wish. Decide whether or not a costume needs to be hired or made. You play the part of Joseph. 2 Print this as an alphabetical list by name. 3 Print a list, with the females first, of those who need to hire a costume. Part 2 4 Use the mail merge facility to produce a letter for each of the participants informing them of rehearsal times which are Tuesday and Thursday 3.45 pm to 5.00 pm and informing them of the parts they have given. 5 Print a copy of the standard/skeleton letter. 6Print a personalised letter for Pharaoh and for Potiphar. 4 Pupil Notes ITMER1
