ProQuest Research Library The database covers academic topics, including geology. It includes scholarly journals, magazines, trade journals, and newspapers, from 1971 to current issues. It has more than 3,820 titles, and over 2,550 in full text. ProQuest Science Journals The database covers journals dating back to 1986 and features more than 490 titles, with over 380 in full text, including geology. The full text titles appear just as they are published in the magazine in full text format. The user can access charts, diagrams, tables, photos and other graphical items in full text format. Science Direct Has reference books, handbooks, over 2,000 journals, and books. It covers science, technology, and medicine full text and bibliographic information. It has a backfiles program (historical archive) of over 6.75 million searchable articles prior to 1995. Wiley Interscience Journals The database has full text articles from over 2,500 journals, books, reference works, databases, and laboratory manuals. It covers a number of scientific fields, including geology. When the database is completed in 2007, the database will cover content dating back to 1799. PRINT AND ELECTRONIC BOOKS Bjornerud, Marcia.
