Sample Assignment or Activity:
After a student writes a simple phrase or sentence in Spanish on the board, other students will identify the elements of the sentence while in small groups.
Methods of Evaluation:
Instructor tests each student for correct identification and naming of letters of the alphabet in English.
Instructor develops a quiz in which students read sentences in Spanish and English and at the end of each sentence list the nouns, pronouns, adjectives and verbs found therein.
