Villaggio Sant’ Antonio Venue Hire Rates
At Villaggio Sant’ Antonio Community Center we offer a smoke-free
function center with an optional attached kitchen which is regularly
utilized by a wide variety of social and professional groups. The center
is suitable for anything from small meetings to large celebrations.
Clients/Hirers can cater for their function or we can assist.
The following prices are including GST for the hire of the Center only.
Charges cover all chairs and tables, glass wear, crockery and cutlery.
labour for set up, and associated cleaning costs. Prices for food,
beverages and their service are extra on request.

Confirmation of Booking
Tentative Bookings will be held for a period of fourteen (14) days. To
confirm your booking a Security Deposit of $300.00 is required.
Management reserves the right to cancel a tentative booking not
confirmed within 14 days.
Terms of Payment
Community Center
Fees will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The refundable
portion of the deposit will be processed the working week following the
function where it is determined that no undue damage to property is
incurred.
Catering
Guaranteed guest numbers and payment is required seven (7) days
prior to your function. Guest numbers provided at this time will be
considered the minimum for all catering charges. Any increase in
numbers will be charged accordingly.
Beverage
Non alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Cancellation
The Security Deposit will be fully refunded if thirty (30) days notice is
given. If less than 30 days notice is given, no refund of the Security
Deposit will be made. If a function is cancelled less than seven (7)
days prior to the event the client/hirer will be charged the total food
cost.

All functions held on Sundays & Public Holidays will incur a 10%
surcharge on food and beverage costs.
Damages
Management does not permit items to be attached or fixed onto/into
walls, ceilings, glass, furniture or any of Villaggio property without
prior permission.
Client/hirer will be held liable for any damages to Villaggio property
that may occur as a result of that function. Including, but not
restricted to, the cost to clean floor coverings & repair/replace any
damage to furniture, fittings & fixtures etc.
Insurance
Whilst Villaggio will do its utmost to ensure the security & safety of the
Clients guests & property, Villaggio accepts no responsibility for loss,
damage or injury to guest and/or equipment left at the Community
Center prior to/during/after the function.
Food and Beverage
The client /hirer can supply food or beverage for their guest free of
charge. Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted without the proper
license. A copy of this license is to be provided to management
previous to their function.
Behaviour
Clients/hirers will be responsible for ensuring the orderly behaviour of
their guests. Responsible Service of Alcohol applies and Villaggio
reserves the right to exclude or reject any and all objectionable
person(s) from the premises without liability.
Declaration
