ADMISSIONS DOMAIN: DAN KLEIN Mr. Klein brings more than 15 years of higher education industry experience and more than seven years of PeopleSoft experience to his role with CedarCrestone. His expertise lies in his ability to improve and set up business processes. Mr. Klein has been involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle including fit/gap analysis, business process, implementation, upgrade and production support. On his current assignment, Mr. Klein is involved with a multi-campus university system implementation of PeopleSoft 9.0. Mr. Klein was Director of Enrollment Services at Valley City State University. LINDSEY SHODA Ms. Shoda has worked with the PeopleSoft Student Administration System since 1996 when she served as a PeopleSoft Beta Partner at Southern Methodist University. She has significant experience in project planning and definition, functional implementation, business process design, communication coordination, and end user training. In her most role at the Maricopa Community Colleges, she served as the Project Lead where she participated in all phases of the PeopleSoft 8.0 Student Administration implementation. Examples of her client work include Stanford University, Boston University and Palomar College. She was the Associate Director of Admissions at Southern Methodist University. STUDENT RECORDS AND ACADEMIC ADVISING DOMAIN LYNNE HANRAHAN Ms. Hanrahan brings 18 years of experience in higher education and Student Administration to her consulting role at CedarCrestone. Ms. Hanrahan’s experience includes 10 years implementing Student Records, Academic Advisement, and Contributor Relations from PeopleSoft 7.6 to 9.0. She also has experience managing degree audit and articulation systems with emphasis on business process re-engineering, instructional management, and student services. Ms. Hanrahan has worked with numerous clients including Case Western Reserve University, The College of New Jersey, University of Maryland University College, Long Beach Community College, Frederick Community College. She was the Information Coordinator for Duke University. JOY BLAIR Ms. Blair has more than 10 years of experience in higher education and eight years working with PeopleSoft as a functional analyst. Ms. Blair has experience with PeopleSoft 7.6 through 9.0, and has participated in full project lifecycles for implementations and upgrades. She has cross-modular experience in developing instructional materials and delivering training for various areas of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system. Examples of some of her client work include Case Western Reserve University, and the Nebraska State College and University System. She was Assistant University Registrar at the University of Central Florida. FINANCIAL AID DOMAIN: MICHELE OKABE Ms. Okabe is a business systems analyst with extensive knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and practices. Ms. Okabe has served in an analyst and advisor role for numerous projects. Examples of her client work include the University of California–Santa Cruz where she led the financial aid implementation. She also was the Financial Aid lead at the City University of Seattle and Coppin State University. Ms. Okabe has been involved in several aspects of the project lifecycle including business redesign, customizations, end-user training and production support. Currently, she is consulting in financial aid at the Nevada System of Higher Education. STUDENT FINANCE DOMAIN: TED BURKHARDT Mr. Burkhardt’s career in higher education spans more than 18 years and includes nine years experience with PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades for Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Asset Management and Student Financials. In his most recent role, Mr. Burkhardt led the Student Financials implementation for California State Bakersfield. He has managed purchasing and accounting staff and implemented e-commerce solutions including procurement card, office supply, and online requisitioning systems. Mr. Burkhardt has been involved in many aspects of the project lifecycle including, fit/gap analysis, detail design documentation, and production support. In addition, he has been responsible for end-user training. Examples of his clients include MassBay Community College, California State University–Bakersfield, University of Maryland University College, and California State University–Fullerton. He was the Purchasing Manager at Central Washington University. Page 3
