Success Criteria
What are the features of an effective
piece of writing?
Self Reflection
Look at the success criteria. Find two
things you did well, and choose one thing
to try next time you write.
Knowledge: What you write
Including text form, elements, etc.

include humour,scary elements
include characters, setting, problem
include details that relate to main
idea
Thinking: What you say
Including ideas, logic, descriptive writing,
etc.

One thing to think about for my next
writing piece:
great inanimate object idea
great stuff that happens because of
the transformation
Communication: The way you say it
Including sentence fluency, voice,
conventions, etc.
clear order of events
entertaining
rich vocabulary
descriptive, easy to visualize
spelling, grammar, punctuation
Application: The way you connect it
Including reasoning, connections, etc.
