RESTAURANT CONCEPTS
Aquarium – An Underwater Dining Adventure
Aquarium Restaurants feature deliciously fresh seafood served in an unbelievable
underwater setting, where guests are seated around an elaborate aquarium with
over 100 species of marine life. With four locations – Kemah Boardwalk, Houston,
Denver and Nashville – each Aquarium is unique and offers exquisite dining and
entertainment for the whole family. The Downtown Aquarium locations in Houston
and Denver include an Aquarium Adventure Exhibit, where you can explore
different ecosystems and discover a variety of marine life, including sharks, and
mammals in their habitats.
Babin’s Seafood House
Enjoy quality seafood, steaks, chicken and pasta – all with a New Orleans–style flair.
South Louisiana customs come alive with authentic recipes, generous helpings, thick
Creole gravies, spicy Cajun sauces and bon temps hospitality. View the fresh fish on

Brenner’s Steakhouse
Making memories for over 70 years! A Houston tradition since 1936, Brenner’s
Steakhouse is known for its exceptional steaks, warm atmosphere and personalized
service. We have collaborated with the original owner to re-create such favorite
dishes as German Potatoes and the incomparable Apple Strudel. Brenner’s also
features outside dining in an exquisite garden area, surrounded by waterfalls and a
gazebo.
Cadillac Authentic Mexican Restaurant & Bar
At Cadillac Bar, every meal is a fiesta. The dishes are so authentic you’ll wonder if
you’re still north of the border. And while you can certainly drink the water, with over
20 tequilas on hand, we’re sure you’d rather toast with one of our legendary
margaritas. In a world of trendy restaurants Cadillac Bar has not only survived, but
continues to be a local legend. It’s a Texas institution with locations in Houston,

The Crab House
Setting the standard for great seafood! The Crab House offers an extensive menu of
seafood prepared in the traditional East Coast style, yet deliciously different.
Whether you’re in the mood for classic favorites such as succulent crab,
mouthwatering crab cakes or one-of-a-kind seafood entrées, we have you
covered. A perennial guest favorite is the fabulous All You Can Eat Seafood & Salad

Fish Tales
Break away from the beach and enjoy the wholesome fare of Mama Rosie’s Fried
Shrimp or Flounder with Crabmeat Stuffing on the most popular beachfront balcony
on the Seawall in Galveston. Afterward, indulge in our large assortment of ice cream

Fisherman’s Wharf
Ideally situated next to the Historic Strand District in Galveston, Fisherman’s Wharf
offers famous shrimp kisses, fresh red snapper, seafood combination platters, savory
chicken dishes, pastas and certified Angus steaks. Enjoy a meal in one of the many
dining rooms – all of which boast splendid views of the bay. Open daily for lunch

The Flying Dutchman
If you’re looking for authentic seafood, Flying Dutchman is your place. This landmark
has been the local seafood house of choice in Kemah for decades. If casual is the
evening’s venue, you may wish to try our first-floor dining room or patio. If you’re
looking to impress, opt for the dining room located on the second floor, which
features a more sophisticated menu in an elegant atmosphere. Our extensive menu
offers many variations of shrimp, crab, fish and oysters as well as our very own
Alligator Bisque.

Fuddrucker’s – Galveston
Billed as the “World’s Greatest Hamburger” and known for its large-portioned
hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and more, Fuddruckers is one of Galveston’s family
favorites. Located at 23rd and Harborside, the restaurant is open daily for lunch and
dinner.
Grotto
Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a warm, entertaining atmosphere that will transport
you to the cozy setting of a trattoria in the Old Country. From the vivid antipasti
display to a variety of spectacular chicken, veal and fish entrées and made-fromscratch pastas, our soulful Neapolitan-influenced menu is sure to please. At Grotto,
everything is homemade on-premise – it’s part of our unsurpassed passion for detail.
Our constantly evolving menu is based on season and availability of superb

Harlow’s
A Hollywood-themed dining and entertainment center was the inspiration for
Harlow’s first location, which is adjacent to Houston’s Edwards Grand Palace movie
theater. In Houston, enjoy our full-service dining while selecting from a vast menu of
appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and breakfast served all day! Indulge your

Award-winning Pesce Restaurant welcomes Guests to an incredible dining

Rainforest Cafe

Rainforest Cafe – Galveston
The same great food but with additional fun! Located on Galveston Island, this
Rainforest Cafe location features all the favorite elements as well as a volcano that
erupts every half-hour beginning at dusk. Get swept away on the Rainforest River
Adventure Ride and travel the rainforests of the world aboard a six-person raft

Saltgrass Steak House
For campfire-style Texas fare, head to Saltgrass Steak House – famous for its Certified
