Phonemes are sets of basic sounds that human can produced, and they’re different to each language. Many available methods using Neural Network to produce phonemes from text. But what I’m going to do is using Borland C++ Builder to make this Indonesian text to phoneme converter under rule-based. Multimedia I also have developed interest in multimedia file security. With my team, we build a system which can inserting and detecting copyright labeling in an audio file. Label is inserted in file by changing particular element in it. These changes will not be significant because perceptually, human cannot differ those changes and accept that as a same file. Label cannot be removed easily and robust from cropping file into smaller segment.
