B. Job Summary:
Safely and efficiently operate class B type vehicle in accordance with, Federal, State, and local laws.
Areas of operations include Pierce County and cities located within. Driver must interact with customers
and other members of the TEAM with a professional, positive attitude
C. Essential Duties:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent driving skills (road skills, backing, turning, defensive driving, proper braking, space
management, etc.).
Strong knowledge of DOT rules as they apply to vehicle operations and driver qualifications.
Map reading skills.
Read, speak, and understand the English language where it is used in all job functions.
Exceptional attendance record.
Exceptional safety attitude and record.
Qualifications Required: CDL-B w/air. Positive, professional attitude. Excellent customer service skills.
Able to safely perform the requirements of the position. A clean driving record with no accidents or
tickets within the last three (3) years.
D. Schedule: Five (5) days / week Time: 7:00am to 3:30pm or until routes are finished, some vertime.
Will work all holidays except New Years, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Will work Saturday if holiday
falls on work day.
Pay Rate: $15.85 pr hr / Current Union Scale
Benefits Package: Per union contract
