Grading will not be done on a curve, so everyone can do well if the effort is made and
there is evidence of learning.
Students will be encouraged to participate in events on campus relevant to the course
content, including lectures and rounds such as the infectious disease grand rounds at the
medical school, fellow’s lectures, and special guest speaker’s symposia.
Students are encouraged to participate in summer projects related to the content of this
course; and every effort will be made to align students with mentors and parasite projects
or research.
Letters of recommendation will be considered for those in the top 25% of the class.
