Ecological Interaction Project

Driving Question: How do ________________ successfully live and survive in their environment? What impacts on humans having on the success of the survival of the species?

For this project, students will be working in groups of two. The group must collaborate to choose a living animal species and investigate the role the species plays in their environment concerning population dynamics, interactions, and how human interaction is affecting or may affect their population’s future.

Students will design a presentation that should last about 10 minutes that includes all of their core information, graphics, and videos. Use the rubric to see the specifics on what you should include in your presentation.

Remember to address the driving question as this is the theme of your project. The research and presentation is due on September 18. Presentation format may vary, but must incorporate technological resources. Copy and paste from the internet will not be accepted. Your presentation should sum up your research. You should be able to discuss every aspect of your presentation without even referencing the presentation. You become the expert!
