CALL TO ORDER
Ken McConnaughay called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. The meeting was held at Panera
West in Bolingbrook.

OLD BUSINESS
1. Boughton Road Fences – 15,16,21,22,23,24,26 Yukon Ct. & 1911 & 1913 Yukon Dr. –
notices have been previously sent, second notices to some. Ken talked to some homeowners
and asked them to speak with Anthony Morrison if they would like to have their work done
together (for hopefully a potential savings).
NEW BUSINESS
1. Architectural Review- None
2. Complaint Notices regarding violations of Rules & Regulations - None
3. Homeowner Request for Financial Records – Ken is following up with the request made at
the annual meeting. The homeowner has indicated they would accept a listing of payments
made from the Homeowners Association.
4. Approve Assessment Reminder Schedule – Rich made a motion to approve the annual
homeowner dues assessment reminder schedule. Seconded by Brett. Motion passed.
Comments from homeowners – Wayne Clark had a number of questions for the Board.
Questions and any responses were:







When will the February 2, 2015 minutes be approved? These minutes were just approved
at the May 2015 meeting and should be on the website shortly.
What is the legal fees to Tressler of $42.00? These were for procedural items.
What is the cost to remove the old tree? Should we have put in a serviceberry tree
instead? The quote received included the removal of the old tree and planting of the new
– it did not separate the cost of each.
How much would it cost to replace fence posts? Board does not have information.
What is the city responsible for mowing along Boughton? Sidewalk to Boughton?
November 2013 minutes are not posted. Rich will investigate.
What pipe is missing on Danube? Did someone steal it?
