GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL EDUCATION SERVICES Glasgow Psychological Service Post School Psychological Service Development Plan 2006 - 2008 Context Glasgow became a Pathfinder Service in 2004 when the Scottish Executive allocated 2 FTE posts to this initiative. The Post School Psychological Service Development Plan for 2006 – 2008 builds on previous activity with a target group of young people who are disengaged or at risk of becoming disengaged from the age of 14 years.
