CONTRIBUTED TALK
The paper title and a short abstract of up to 150 words must be send to the
SAMSA’04 Secretary before September 30, 2004 while the complete text of the paper
should be sent before October 30, 2004 (by e-mail, on floppy disk or 2 hard copies by
ordinary mail). In order to facilitate the formalities occasioned by the participation to the
SAMSA’04 the Scientific Committee will deliver the approval within two weeks after
the receipt of the paper. The approved paper will be included in the SAMSA’04
Proceedings available shortly after the Conference. Preliminary sections are:
1. Pure Mathematics;
2. Computational and Applied Mathematics;
3. Statistics & Operation Research;
4. Computer Sciences;
5. Mathematics Education;
The participation fees, paid to the SAMSA’04 Secretary at the arrival at University of
the North, are:
 R300 for participants within SADC region;
 200 USD for participants from Europe and America;
Each accompanying person must pay 4/5 from the corresponding fees.
The participation fees include the cost of Meals and conference materials.
Accommodation at low prices are available in various Bed & Breakfast Inn, Hotels, etc.,
at the city of Polokwane, in Limpopo Province of South Africa ( See the attached
document for detail information:-Participants are adviced to make their accommodation
booking in time).
