By the end of 2012, total installed capacity of wind power integration were
62660MW Steam in China, and 1445 wind farms were built (excluding Hong
Kong, Macao, Taiwan) with 52827 wind power generating units. Wind power
accounted for about 2% of total power generation, which has become the third
largest main power after coal power and hydropower in China. The total
installed capacity of wind power at sea was 300 MW Steam which was the
third largest in the world. New increased wind power generating units was
maintaining the first place in the past four years, and China has become the
first wind power country.
In the 12th Five-Year Plan period, we will step from large country in wind
power to a powerful country in wind power. To summarize the existing
problems in the development, plan the future development in a new start point,
promote wind power industry at home and abroad in the aspect of wind farms
construction, industry chain cooperation, industry-university-research
cooperation and docking, New Energy Industrial Park (the wind power
industry park) investment and industry and capital docking services,
strengthen technological innovation and management innovation of the wind
power industry, promote the development of wind power healthily and

the auspices of Jiangsu Province renewable energy industry association and
Nanjing wind electrical equipment industry association from September 11-13,
