Following are some basic policies that Corvallis Little League uses to select Managers and Coaches: There is no tenure in serving as a Manager or Coach in Corvallis Little League. All appointments to serve as Manager or Coach expire on September 15th annually. Selection of Managers, Coaches, and umpires is in local league jurisdiction and not subject to intervention from District, Regional, or National Little League Headquarters. Corvallis Little League uses the feedback received on the previous Season Evaluations when evaluating Manager/Coach applications. Corvallis Little League will discuss its decision with any applicant declined for a Manager/Coach position. I authorize Corvallis Little League and/or its agent to conduct a sex offender and background investigation, as required by Little League Baseball, to evaluate my qualifications to supervise youth. I understand that this evaluation is conducted solely to assure the safety of children participating in the Corvallis Little League program and that all information obtained will be confidential in accordance with the law.
