Describe the PPG activities and justifications: The PPG activities aim at providing baseline data for the
preparation of the project document; development of a detailed business model for the environmentally sound
management (ESM) and final disposal of PCB-matrices in three pilot states; assessment of cost-effectiveness and
sustainability of the developed business model; and awareness raising activities to ensure that all key stakeholders are
involved in the project preparation and implementation stages.
