Person Specification Post Title: Community Engagement Administrator Outreach Essential Qualifications Educated to 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths OR a be able to demonstrate a proven ability in an administrational role Proven telephone experience with external clients and customers Ability to deal with customer queries in emotionally charged situations Good working knowledge of databases and all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Other Desirable Vocational qualification/training in an administrative type function E.g.
